• Cancellations
In case of cancellations when the order is not yet shipped, please reach out to us promptly and we will cancel your order. Please click HERE to WhatsApp us. You can not cancel your order once it is shipped and in-transit, we recommend you to refer the return policy in such situaion! In the event of cancellation, any payment received is refunded immediately to the original payment method, and should reflect in 2-3 business days in your account.
• Product or delivery concerns: such as product damage / defects / incorrect delivery/ incomplete delivery/ functional issues in the product

If there's a mistake in your order on any of the above listed grounds - we'll understand if you'd be upset, but please do give us a chance to make things right for you. 😍
Please reach out to us in 2 days of receiving your order and highlight your concern in case of product damage / defects / incorrect delivery/ incomplete delivery/ functional issues in the product. Our team will promptly issue a replacement for the product you ordered. In case a replacement is not available, the amount received will be refunded in your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the complete details of the enquiry.
• If you changed your mind or if you did not like the product for other reasons
If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason not mentioned above, you have a generous window of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product to us.
All refunds in such cases are made as store credit that are usable towards any purchases on Easyhome with a lifetime validity. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, the gift card will be issued.
Please note, one side shipping fees are deducted when making the refunds in such cases as per the below slab
Order amount upto Rs.1000: Rs 100
Order amount Rs.1001-2000: Rs 150
Order amount higher than Rs.2000: Rs 250
• The entire process takes about 8-10 business days (including pick-up, inspection and issuance of gift card). We appreciate your patience on this matter!
• Returns on purchases made using gift cards are not valid for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
• Exclusions from Return/Exchange
Consumables:
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on consumable products such as essential oils, perfumes, wax tablets, aromatherapy items, candles once they have been opened and consumed. Given the nature of these items, we will only accept requests for these products if you have received a damaged order, incomplete order or incorrect item.
Live Plants:
We do not accept returns on live plants. In case your product is damaged, we will be happy to issue a replacement.
Size:
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. To make it easier for you, we ensure that all sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. Please take a moment to check the product dimensions before making your purchase, as we do not accept returns when the size of the product is the same as mentioned on addzon.
Colour:
We understand that colour perception may vary due to factors such as device settings, lighting conditions, etc. At addzon, we make every effort to display the actual colour of a product. Please note that slight variations in colour may occur between the product images displayed on our website and the actual physical product. Please do take a moment to check the colour of your product- we will not be able to accept your request if the product colour is consistent with the images and descriptions provided.
Breakable fragile items such as ceramics, glassware:
Given the fragile nature, we would not be able to pick up these products if they reached you in perfect condition.

• How to pack a return order
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage during transit, and it's important to handle them with care when returning them to us. Whenever possible, please use the original product packaging to re-pack the item. This will help protect it during transit and ensure it arrives safely. If the item is received broken when you return it, we would be unable to process a refund.
